1. About SkillTrail

SkillTrail is building a curriculum-aligned AI study companion for Canadian students. This website currently exists to share information about SkillTrail and to let families join a waitlist for early updates. The product described is still in development, and features, curriculum coverage, grades, subjects, pricing, and launch timing may change or may not be released.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you would like to receive updates about SkillTrail. It does not create a contract to provide the product, does not guarantee access, and does not require payment. We may contact you with early updates, beta opportunities, and launch details, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Eligibility

The waitlist is intended for parents and guardians who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory. Please do not submit waitlist information on behalf of a child.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the website
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

The SkillTrail name, logo, content, and design on this website belong to SkillTrail and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

6. No professional or guaranteed outcomes

SkillTrail is designed to support classroom learning. It is not a replacement for a teacher or school, and we make no guarantees about specific grades or academic results. SkillTrail is not affiliated with or endorsed by any provincial ministry of education.

7. Information is provided “as is”

The information on this website is provided for general purposes and may describe planned features that do not yet exist. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillTrail is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on pre-launch information.
